There are so many amazing restaurants in Las Vegas that it literally would take years to burn through all of them. In the process of trying, we've found some really great favorites that we love.
One of our faves would definitely have to be Sugarcane Raw Bar Grill at Venetian/Palazzo Las Vegas. We discovered Sugarcane when we enjoyed their Side Door Happy Hour a few months ago (read all about that here). The food was delicious and the ambiance was awesome!
We got the chance to enjoy a fun menu tasting last month and it was even better than our first visit!
We started with the Blue Fin Tuna Tartare and the Beet Mojitos.
This was quickly followed with the Goat Cheese Croquettes, Bacon Wrapped Dates.
The Japanese Fried Chicken and Crispy Beef Empanadas. A little story- we tried the empanadas on our last visit and they were only a limited offering but we were obsessed. When we saw them on the menu, we were THRILLED.
Next were the Beef Short Ribs and the Sweet Corn along with the Spice of Love cocktails.
Finally, we ended the meal with the Torrejas- a delicious French Toast with apples and cinnamon.
Everything was delicious (even more than the first time) and we can't wait to go back!
